One of the most essential ingredients in the Fundana kitchen is our extra-virgin olive oil, a product of the 500 olive trees on our estate. We purchase fresh products from local producers at the Corfiot market, ensuring our meals are delicious and nutritious.
Your Kalimera (Good day) starts with a great breakfast! We offer a rich all you can eat buffet breakfast, where you have a choice of coffee, tea, cocoa and juice, as well as eggs, bacon, cheese, vegetables, muesli and cornflakes, fresh fruit and more. We also bake croissants and cheese-pies every morning.
